High season (November 1 - April 31st) rates are as follows: Blue Angel Suite, Red Mermaid Suite and Green Coconut Suite are at $90.00 USD per night. Gecko Suite is at $100 usd pr night. The Adobe Bungalow is at $115 usd pr night. All rates are based on double occupancy. An additional person can be accommodated for an additional charge of $20 USD per person. All rates include tax, maid service (not tip - suggested tip is 7-10%)and a generous breakfast. Low season (May 1-Oct 31) rates are at $75 usd per night for the Red Mermaid Suite, the Blue Angel Suite, the India Suite and the Green Coconut Suite. The Gecko Suite is at $85 usd pr night. The Adobe Bungalow is not available during low season. We may offer discounts for extended stays (more than two weeks). Inquire with us for details. Reservation Information: We ask our guests to confirm their reservations with a deposit of half the total charge. This can be paid through PayPal.com on the internet (sending to Lauragecko2@hotmail.com ) or by depositing to our American or Mexican Bank (direct deposit) Bank deposit information will be sent by direct email upon making your reservations. The remaining portion of the total fee is payable upon your arrival with the exception of Christmas season (Dec 15-Jan 5). For stays during Christmas season the second part of the total charge is due two weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: For cancellations made up to 60 days before arrival date we will refund the full amount of deposit minus a 20% administrative fee. For cancellations made after 60 days before arrival date we will refund the full amount of the deposit minus a 20% administrative fee ONLY IF we are able to rent the rooms to other guests. A delicious tropical breakfast is included with the room rate: This includes Fresh squeezed orange juice or fresh fruit smoothie, delicious locally grown songbird coffee (fresh-ground every morning and served with real cream, milk, homemade Mexican Chocolate), a wide selection of herbal and black teas (served with honey and milk), homemade live culture yogurt, delicious fresh pastries including cheesecakes and chocolate croissants and homemade bread, butter, honey, jams and marmalade)a wonderful platter of tropical fruits freshly cut in bite-size pieces, a selection of granolas (dry and honey baked). We also serve a hot regional breakfast dish every several days (or upon request for those hungry guests who wish it) including such favorites as Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, Huevos a la Mexican, Omelette a la Dona Laura (with fresh grated parmesean Cheese and fresh basil from our garden) and the locally made and delivered hot each Thursday and Sunday... Chicken in Green Salsa Nacatamales!. (To be honest, we loose money on our breakfasts but I can't help myself as it is our 'Matinee'. This is a delight to the senses and the spirit too as we enjoy the wonderful conversations that unfold with the surprise blends of diverse and wonderful people (from over 70 different countries so far) sharing our table! Additional services such as laundry, massage, boat and kayak rental, horseback riding and tours to local places of interest are offered on a fee-for-service basis. We are in Mexico.
